There is ample parking at the venue

If you decide to add lunch to your purchase, not only are refreshments throughout the day included but also a delicious homemade lunch of soup, bread and a slice of homemade cake.  All of our food is suitable for a vegetarian diet, please contact us with any allergy information or other dietary requirements or preferences.

The studio is situated on the ground floor and there is a single step into the building.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair. 

Please note the following terms for workshop cancellations:

• Cancellations made one calendar month or more before the workshop: You’ll receive a full refund.
• Between one month and 14 days before the workshop: We’ll issue a credit note for the full amount which you can use towards a future workshop.
• Cancellations less than 14 days in advance: We’ll do our best to fill your spot. If we’re able to, we’ll offer a transfer or credit note towards another workshop. If not, we’re sorry but we can’t offer a refund.

Gift vouchers
If you booked using a gift voucher, please note that we’re unable to offer cash refunds. However we’ll follow the same cancellation terms and issue a credit note where applicable.

If we cancel
If we ever need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund. Sadly we can’t accept responsibility for travel or other costs you may have incurred.

All materials will be provided unless we let you know otherwise.

We’ll have refreshments ready for you on arrival, if your workshop runs all day please feel free to bring a packed lunch or add a light lunch to your purchase in the options box.

If your workshop is likely to get a bit messy, we recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting creative in!
